Jeremy
My name is Jeremy Keith. I come from Cobh, a small town in Ireland. I’m currently living in Brighton in southern England with my lovely and talented wife, Jessica.
Before moving to England, we lived in Freiburg, Germany. We get around. Fortunately, I like travelling. I like going to new places and seeing new sights. Mostly though, I like trying new food.
I’m not what you’d call a fussy eater. I’ll try just about anything once and I try to avoid having any preconceived notions when it comes to trying something new.
That’s not to say that I’m constantly experimenting with food. I can be a real stick-in-the-mud when it comes to food I really like. Everybody has their favourite dishes and I’m no different.
Principia Gastronomica is a place for me to wax lyrical about the food I eat, be it familiar or exotic, home-cooked or served in a restaurant. So if you really want to know about me, read what I have to say about food. You can learn a lot about someone from the food they eat.
